At PB Racing, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item does not match the description or has missing parts/accessories.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • On Backorders – Items that are specifically ordered for you.
  • Items that have been customized or personalized.
  • Items that show signs of use or wear and tear.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at office@pbracing.it with the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Photo evidence if the product is damaged or defective.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

  1. Return Process & Shipping Costs
  • If your refund is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • All returned items should be sent using a trackable shipping method. PB Racing is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
  1. Refund Approval and Processing Time
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund after the stipulated time, first check with your bank or credit card company.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at office@pbracing.it.
  1. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item and prefer an exchange over a refund, don’t hesitate to contact us at office@pbracing.it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
